Assumption of Risk
○ I acknowledge that interacting with cats involves inherent risks, including but not limited to scratches, bites, allergic reactions, or transmission of zoonotic diseases. I assume full responsibility for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage that may result from my participation.
Release of Liability
○ I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, waive, and discharge Meow Town, its owners, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising from my participation in activities at Meow Town.
Rules and Conduct
○ I agree to follow all posted rules and instructions given by Meow Town staff.
○ I will handle all cats with care and respect and will not engage in any rough play, chasing, or actions that may stress or harm the cats.
○ I understand that if I fail to comply with these rules, I may be asked to leave without a refund.
Children and Minors
○ If I am bringing a minor (under 18 years of age), I agree to supervise them at all times and accept full responsibility for their safety and behavior. I understand that children under a certain age may be subject to additional restrictions.
Personal Belongings
○ I understand that Meow Town is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Photography and Media Release
○ I grant Meow Town permission to use any photographs or videos taken of me within the lounge for promotional and marketing purposes, unless I explicitly opt out in writing.
Acknowledgment of Understanding
○ I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that by signing below, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue Meow Town for any injuries or damages sustained while at the facility.
