1. Do I need a ticket even if I’m just accompanying my child?

Yes! Because space is limited, EVERY person who enters the space needs a ticket, regardless of whether they’re interacting with the cats or not.

2. Do I have to book in advance?

No, but we recommend it. We only have capacity for so many guests at one time, and without a reservation we cannot guarantee your time with the kitties

3. Does each person in my group need to sign their own waiver?

Yes. This is incredibly important for the safety of the cats, so you must have your waiver signed prior to your experience. The link to your waiver will be in your confirmation email.

4. Do you offer private experiences?

We do offer private experiences. The maximum capacity for a private event is 16 people. For parties of children under the age of 13, there must be at least one adult per 6 children. To book a private event, head to our private events page.

5. Do you do same day adoptions?

We do not offer same-day adoptions so that we can ensure that adopters and kittens are well matched. To make the adoption process faster, you can apply to be pre-approved through our partner rescues.

6. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance we will be unable to provide a refund.

7. I found a stray cat/kitten, can I bring them into your cafe?

Unfortunately we’re only able to take in rescued kitties that come from our partner cat rescue. If you have found and rescued a cat, please contact our rescue partner.

8. Can I bring my own cat?

No, sorry! As much as we would love to meet your furry friend, no cats or other pets may be brought into the café. This is for the safety of our both our kitties and customers.

9. Why is there an entry fee?

The proceeds of visiting the cat lounge go to providing a safe, healthy foster home for cats until they find their forever homes. It helps us pay for all the expenses associated with housing the cats including rent, utilities, toys, beds, treats, supplies, our caring staff and so much more. All adoption fees go 100% to the partner cat rescue.

10. Will there be special events?

Yes! We look forward to hosting a variety of events such as yoga with cats, craft nights, trivia nights, bingo, book clubs, and movie nights.

11. Do you have food or drinks?

You are welcome to bring in your own food and beverage. We are currently working on having prepackaged food and beverage available.
